The Huntington Beach Boardriders Club was born from a shared love of the ocean. Founded by lifelong best friends Casey Wheat, Chris Moreno, and Ziggy Williams, what began as a small crew of 3 clubs competing together has grown into a global movement — now spanning 51 clubs around the world. Our club is a thriving community of 200 members, drawn from every walk of life in our local neighborhood. We celebrate teamwork through our unique tag-team format, welcoming surfers of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. Together, we chase friendly competition and pursue a shared mission: to bring home the WCBR Wheat Cup and claim the USBR Championship at Lower Trestles.
